Cinzzano

Cinzzano RC is a 4-year-old gelding by the famous eventing stallion, Cimarron. Cimarron is a former #1 USEF Leading Sire of Eventing Horses. His offspring are known for their athletic ability, versatility and amateur-friendliness. Cimarron competed successfully through 4th Level in dressage and Preliminary Level in eventing. He is the sire of Helen Hayn's Advanced Level mount Aqua Tom, Boyd Martin's Advanced Level eventer Call Me Ollie, successful jumpers, foxhunters and dressage horses.

Cinzzano's dam, Ophira is a daughter of Contagious, who is by the international show jumper Carolus I out of a daughter of Margie Goldstein-Engle's Grand Prix star Lenz (Land of Kings). He is a modern type whose offspring are agile, athletic and energetic. Contagious scored "9"s across the board (free jumping and under saddle) in his tests at the AHHA Stallion Approvals in 1997. In his first five years at stud, Contagious produced more than 50% premium foals from Holsteiner, Thoroughbred and other warmblood broodmares. He also competed successfully in the Grand Prix jumpers, placing high with his previous rider/part-owner, Christian Rogge.
