November 16 through November 20
Tuesday, November 16, 2004: Dutch-treat dinner at 7:00 p.m. at
the Radisson
Inn Denver Southeast at I 225 and Parker Road in Aurora.
Wednesday, November 17
1:30 Stirrup cup at our kennels, 34600 East Quincy Ave.
2:00 Hunt with the Arapahoe Hounds
Potluck supper in the clubhouse following the hunt
Thursday, November 18
1:30 Stirrup cup at our kennels, 34600 East Quincy Ave.
2:00 Hunt with the Juan Thomas Hounds from the kennels
Potluck supper in the clubhouse following the hunt
Friday, November 19
10.00 a.m. Coffee and pastries at our clubhouse at the kennels
11:00 Hunt with the Arapahoe Hounds, formal attire
6:00 p.m. to 12:00 Midnight The Arapahoe Rendezvous Hunt Ball at the
Radisson
Inn Denver Southeast. Formal attire, $80 per person, cash bar
6 to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 20
10:00 a.m. Stirrup cup at the Arapahoe Kennels
11:00 Hunt with the combined packs of the Juan Tomas and Arapahoe
Hounds from
the kennels
3:00 Hunt Breakfast at Inverness Hotel and Golf Club, $45 per
person, cash bar
All hunts are formal attire
Capping fees: will not be charged to members of hunts that
carry liability
insurance under the MFHA policy. For others there is a single
capping fee of $20
to cover insurance costs.
